Do you have a great support team who encourages you every step of the way?  Just look for someone who is making everyone else around them better.  It might be a person who succeeds by helping other people and including everyone in on the fun or someone who is genuinely happy when other people succeed. That is the person you want on your team. There are millions of people who are heavy with tales of the misguided and who were proven wrong while insisting something couldn’t be done.  Do you want to surround yourself with people like that?  If you’re the only one who believes in your dream, it’s OK.  This week be looking for people who truly believe in YOU, someone who truly believes you can do it, because you can!
