Typically 90% of what we worry about never happens. Is that true for you? Is it worth the time and stress it puts on your mind and body? Does the agony make you miss out on some of special times with your friends and family? Do you fail to act even if you know it is the right thing to do because of the possible consequences? Worrying about the future doesn’t solve any problems. It can only paralyze your present actions. It can make you mentally and physically tired by being stressed out and takes all the fun out of what could have been a great day. This week when you start to worry please remember that you can prepare, but you can not predict. So take action what you can and forget about what you cannot do anything about.
