We have all used it. “When”. “When” can be used to give us an excuse to continuously put off our goals. “When I get my new job”, “When the kids get out of school”, “When the New Year comes”, “When I retire”, “When the holidays are over” or “When the kids are back in school”. If you continue to wait until “When” things are right, you may never start. You are wasting precious time and the longer you wait to begin, the longer it will take to accomplish your goal. There will always be things that stand in your way – IF YOU let them. Consider your reasons for putting your goal off. Are they real reasons or just excuses? Be tough on yourself and don’t let yourself off the hook. You must act now. Take an action toward your goal today. Who knows what tomorrow will bring. Carpe diem! (Seize the day!)
