“Goals are simply tools to focus your energy in positive directions”, ~ O. Carl Simonton
When we have a lack of goals, poor goals or a lack of faith that our goals can be accomplished, we tend to get caught up in unimportant things that have little real meaning to us. This can lead to frustration and even depression. The best way to turn this around is to create clear, exciting, believable goals; then post them, review them and visualize them on a daily basis. This will allow us to focus on the things that really matter to us and propel us in the positive direction toward the lives we truly deserve.
