Do you often get that nagging feeling you should be doing something other than what you are? Do you sometimes feel guilty about your choices for your business, family, sleeping habits, exercise or nutrition? Someone is telling you that you are off track, it is your conscience. Listen to it. Your conscience knows where your priorities are and what you are capable of. Neglecting those standards could get you caught up in a downward spiral and possibly get your priorities messed up. Always behave or work in a way that would make you proud, even if you think nobody sees you. That way your inner voice will be giving you positive praise, instead that negative “something is wrong” feeling. Even when you think no one is watching…somebody is… that somebody is you.
