“Whatever you intensely believe becomes your reality.” – Brian Tracy
We tend to notice information that is consistent with our beliefs and block out information that is inconsistent with them. Successful people believe that they will succeed and won’t consider the possibility that they’ll fail. Because they believe they will succeed, when something goes wrong, the successful person sees the problem as a stepping stone toward ultimate success; and they forge forward. In contrast, unsuccessful people believe they will fail. When they run into a problem, the unsuccessful person sees this as a failure; and they give up. To change your beliefs, repeat to yourself the words, pictures and thoughts consistent with your dreams and goals as often as you can, then visualize yourself accomplishing them because whatever you repeat often enough, with emotion, will become your new belief.
