The truth of the matter is that you usually know the right thing to do. The hard part is doing it. – Norman Schwarzkopf
Finding motivation is simple but it is not always easy. When we have no motivation, it is often due to a lack of goals, unexciting goals or lack of faith that those goals can be accomplished. In other words, if we have a vision that is not clear, not exciting or not believable to ourselves, then we tend to get caught up in unimportant things that have little real meaning to us. Therefore, to become more motivated, we must simply create a clear, exciting, believable vision or set of goals for our future and then post them, review them and visualize them on a daily basis. This will keep the exciting future we want to create in the forefront of our minds and give us the motivation to work on designing the lives we truly want.
