It can be difficult to be a leader and stand up for what you believe in.  It’s much easier to follow others than to lead. True leaders are focused on helping their team, community or office.  They are not focused on personal fame and recognition.  Although it does feel good to get recognition, it shouldn’t be the reason you lead.  If you are a true leader, chances are some people will disagree with you, but those you lead will respect and follow you.  This week, be great leader. It will be memorable for you and those you lead!
