When most people think of habits, they think about things like biting nails and smoking but habits are much more than that. Habits are any series of patterns that we allow our minds to run, automatically, without having to think about it. In fact, anything we do or think that we do not have to “concentrate on”, is a habit and our habits virtually run our lives. And because habits are automatic and take over our thoughts and actions unless we stop them, it is extremely important to monitor our habits so that we can stop poor habits and develop new, empowering habits that lead us toward the things we want. This week work on the two most basic habits of success, start making decisions quickly and take action on items you have been putting off.
